ASSEMBLY LINE
We count with an assembly line with 25 work stations, designed to be flexible and guarantee speed and ergonomics during processing. The simplification of operations for workers is implemented as a result of automation and new technologies for optimum calibration of the different stages in the process.
BENCH ASSEMBLY
With its bench assembly stations, which are mobile and fitted out according to actual processing needs, the department is able to offer a service tailored to all needs. As well as constantly upskilling our human resources, we also implement a Lean approach, meaning every operation is geared to efficiency and to reducing customer costs.
PRECISION ASSEMBLY FOR LARGE VOLUMES
With plenty of space and technology brought to every project, Smartmetal was built to work in precision assembly of large volumes. Management experience and know-how make the company a great reference partner when there is a need to outsource assembly services for quality components.
STORAGE AND LOGISTICS
The company is located in a strategic position in Lavis, South Tyrol, making it ideal for shipping assembled products in Italy as well as abroad. Not only is it near to Milan, Verona and major motorway links, it also has an expert team and the possibility to offer storage for third parties.
As well as managing and perfecting the use of existing technology, we also develop solutions in house that can work perfectly with every collaboration project.
